TUV (Technischer Überwachungsverein, or German Technical Inspection Association) is a leading independent third-party testing, inspection, and certification organization, with a service network spanning more than 50 countries and regions. Its certifications are highly authoritative in the solar industry, widely accepted by global PV markets, and often regarded as a passport to European and North American markets. The TUV on-site inspection is both a high-standard test of MULTIFIT SOLAR’s manufacturing capabilities and an important opportunity for MULTIFIT SOLAR and its international customers to deepen cooperation and expand the PV O&M market together.
Quality builds reputation. Strength earns trust. Recently, several international customers visited MULTIFIT SOLAR’s factory for on-site exchanges. During the visit, they went deep into the production line, toured manufacturing processes, observed the build and assembly of intelligent equipment, and gained a comprehensive view of MULTIFIT SOLAR’s production management, quality control system, and smart manufacturing capabilities. Both sides held in-depth discussions on technical details, application scenarios, and delivery requirements, finalizing technical plans item by item. On-site finished-product inspection was also arranged, allowing the customers to closely verify product quality and review full-machine performance. Through face-to-face communication and on-site visits, the international customers gained a more direct understanding of MULTIFIT SOLAR’s manufacturing strength and product performance, laying a solid foundation for future order delivery and long-term strategic cooperation.
As the company’s flagship intelligent O&M equipment, PV cleaning robots have achieved stable mass production and orderly shipment. For this project, the customer specifically arranged TUV inspectors to come on-site to verify the PV cleaning robots in the customer’s order. TUV provides full-lifecycle testing services for PV cleaning robots, including salt-spray testing of components during R&D, functional, reliability, and module-mounting compatibility testing during certification, and corresponding functional testing during mass production. The product line covers multiple models suitable for mountain solar farms, ground-mounted solar plants, commercial and industrial rooftops, and other PV application scenarios. Equipped with an intelligent operating system, the equipment offers automated cleaning, high-efficiency dust removal, strong outdoor weather resistance, and stable operation.
